1. Shop smart: Hosting a no-cook Easter dinner begins with strategic shopping. Plan a menu that includes both traditional and trending foods, then shop your favorite purveyors that have a great selection of fresh produce, pre-made meals and baked items.

2. Menu must-haves: An Easter ham can be bought pre-cooked. It can also be served cold or heat in the oven. Also include other no-Cook Easter favorites with delicatessen staples like prosciuotto, fine cheeses, fresh bread, olives, and spears of dill pickles.
