This may be the most exciting news on something pumpkin-related since Trader Joe’s carried its pumpkin spice almond milk. This season fall porches have seen a new color added to to the pumpkin family–yellow pumpkins!
Yellow pumpkins are not easily found this year, but you can contact your local nursery to make a request. Home for the Harvest has the most information, reporting that that they are cultivars of the Curcubita with yellow rinds. I am already designing next year’s fall porch with a compilation of white and yellow pumpkins, and perhaps sunflowers as they share the same tone of yellow.
